I spent the last 13 years working at Silverton Hospital most recently as Emergency Department Nurse Manager. All of 2009 on my very short drive to work, I continued to drive by this lovely empty restaurant, thinking "this is what I need to do" celebrate my passion for food and open a restaurant! Yea, right, we all know the economy isn't exactly kind to the restaurant industry in the best of times, but here I was considering opening in the worst of times, but you know the saying "Life is short, no regrets" so here I am.....</div> <br /><div> </div> <br /><div>Lisa's on Water Street is a collaboration of many years being served and serving others in the restaurant/catering industry. It's all about what I want when I spend my hard earned money in a restaurant. Like everyone else, I want it all; excellent service, inviting environment, fabulous homemade food reminiscent of grandma's kitchen (which by the way she is in the kitchen) all at a reasonable price!
